Baby Shower for Aprils Twins!

If anyone follows Aprils Blog through my blog, she is have the Twins in a few weeks. Louisa had a daddy day while Nanna, Heather, Teelin I heading over to Deerfield for a great shower! Looking forward to meeting these new little guys!
