Late spring snow storm may make even the hardiest New Englanders second guess their choice or residence. I have to admit I have done the same from time to time. This year was a wee bit different, my husband and I discovered the joy of Maple Sugaring! These late spring "Sugar" snows are great for the trees. We must all admit it is breath-taking at times. Thank you mother Nature for the Beautiful Sugar Snow, and the sweet Nectar of the Earth.
